About Tanya Powell

Serving Passion and Purpose Over Perfectionism

As a lifelong Oregonian and pioneer in her field, you could say becoming Co-Owner and COO of Windermere Real Estate/Lane County in 2003 was her destiny. Tanya now oversees 15 employees, 140 agents, and five offices. In 2015, she was recognized by The Register Guard as one of Lane County's Top 20 Under 40 business leaders and was elected Chair of the Education Committee for the Eugene Association of Realtors in 2003.

Tanya’s calling however, lies within her passion for coaching agents to a happier, sustainable future in the real estate business. Her love for her family, travel, and writing about where her professional life and parenting life intersect, sparked a greater purpose. Tanya now coaches a health and wellness program, called B.Well, alongside her brokerage duties with the purpose of helping agents get closer to work/life balance.

The Windermere Foundation

Helping Homeless and Low-income Families: Every Transaction Makes a Difference

Windermere's commitment to serving our communities goes beyond providing our buyers and sellers the best in real estate services. Every time a Windermere sales associate sells a home, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization. Contributions from Windermere agents, employees, and the public have allowed the Windermere Foundation to distribute in excess of over 35 million dollars to non-profit agencies dedicated to helping homeless and low-income families.

Some of the recent donations made by Windermere Real Estate/Lane County include: Looking Glass Youth Services, Committed Partners for Youth, Camp Fire, Lane County Habitat for Humanity, Springfield CHORE Program, Lane County Youth Core, Relief Nursery, and Food for Lane County.
